I was completely remodeling my home and needed a new AC unit. Levi came to my house and explained all the options available to me. He took his time explaining the features of each type of unit and he made it easy to understand how the system works. There was no pressure and I didn't feel rushed. After they helped decide on a ductless unit, Levi came back over and made all the necessary measurements. The installation was painless and everything worked great. After they finished, they went through the instructions clearly until I was comfortable with the system. I was able to completely remove my old propane heating system also and saved money to boot. I would highly recommend them.

Great first experience with Shorely Comfortable Air! Our AC failed this evening and with the heat index up to 108 degrees tomorrow we were worried we wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out until tomorrow. Their technician Kenny arrived within 45 minutes, figured out the problem and had it fixed within the hour! We are EXTREMELY GRATEFUL for the great service and professionalism. We 100% recommend this company to anyone. Local businesses are the way to go!! It is refreshing and amazing to know that there are great technicians still out there that appreciate what customer service is all about!
